Concrete and Blocks for Luxury Residential Tower
This residential complex extends over a 50,000 sq.m. area and contains a 29-storey luxury residential tower with 131 housing units, a spa area, an olympic pool and a three-level car park.
As part of the construction works, Ashtrom Industries subsidiaries have supplied a variety of building materials: Israbeton has produced 35,000 cu.m. of different types of concrete - concrete for a raft, pile concrete, concrete for a marine environment, concrete with improved flow characteristics, lightweight concrete and concrete with a high strength rating. Ashkelit Ltd. has manufactured 1,200 cu.m. of high thermal insulation blocks as well as other building products such as white water repellant cement plaster for wet rooms, bottles of heat- and cold-proof polyurethane foam, gravel for filling large voids, adhesives, armoured panels for compression and smoke shafts, insulation panels and more.
